Each year, the SCA develops a budget and divides the needed funds by the number of homes in the community, to develop the dues for the coming year. Dues could be more or less than the previous year. Billing statements are mailed in mid July.
Fiscal Year 2027 Annual Dues Assessment:
Dues are $100 for the 2027 fiscal year, payable by September 1, 2026

- 1) Zelle
- Pay your dues for free via Zelle at zelle@saratogacommunity.net (please double-check the email address you are paying to in Zelle)
- 2) Check
- mail a check to the address on the top of your statement
- 1) Zelle
- Any way you pay, please put your account number on your check or electronic payment
- Your account number is located above your name on the statement and is also your home’s lot number
- Reminder: Homeowner dues that are more than 60 days late will be assessed a late fee.
- Returned Check Fee: $25.00
