The Association
The Saratoga Community Association (SCA) is the property management entity of the Saratoga community. Through outreach and operations, the Association strives to foster an enriching community lifestyle that simplifies home ownership.

Saratoga Log
The Saratoga Log is the Association’s quarterly newsletter, and it is one of several ways the SCA Board of Directors communicates important issues to the membership. Annual Dues
Each year, the SCA develops a budget and divides the needed funds by the number of homes in the community, to develop the dues for the coming year. Dues could be more or less than the previous year. Dues are $100 for the 2023-2024 year, payable by September 1, 2023. Pay your annual dues here.
